pklugk Complete Terms and Conditions

1.1 Minimum Age

You must be at least 21 years old to register on the pklugk platform and use any of its services. No one under the age of 21 may open an account or play games on this platform. We may request relevant identification documents to verify age when necessary.

1.2 Geographic Eligibility

pklugk primarily provides services to the Bangladesh market. It is your own responsibility to ensure that online gaming is lawful in the region where you are located. Users in areas where online gaming is prohibited or restricted will not be covered by our services.

1.3 Single Account Policy

Each individual may operate only one account. If the same person holds multiple accounts, all accounts will be closed and all balances may be forfeited.

3.2 Unauthorized Access

3.3 Account Transfer Prohibited

Your pklugk account is non-transferable. Selling, renting or transferring your account to any other person is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 25 times the bonus amount. This means you must wager 25 times the bonus amount before you can withdraw bonus funds. For example, if you receive a ৳1,000 bonus, you must place a total of ৳25,000 in bets to become eligible for withdrawal.

5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

If a member attempts to abuse bonuses or obtain bonus benefits through fraudulent means, pklugk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and suspend the account. Collecting bonuses through multiple accounts, collusion and arbitrage betting are strictly prohibited.

5.4 Other Promotions

From time to time, pklugk may offer various promotional offers. Each promotion will have its own specific terms and conditions, which will be stated on the relevant promotion page. General bonus terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified.

6.1 VIP Tiers

The pklugk VIP program has four tiers, and weekly cashback benefits are provided at each tier:

• Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

6.2 Tier Progression

Through regular gaming activity you can advance to higher VIP tiers. Overall gaming activity is taken into account when determining VIP tier. Cashback is provided each week according to your eligibility.

6.3 VIP Benefit Terms

VIP cashback and other benefits are provided subject to specific conditions. pklugk reserves the right to change the benefits and terms of the VIP program at any time. Membership may be cancelled in cases of VIP tier abuse.

7.1 General Gaming Rules

All games available at pklugk — cricket betting, slots, color games, Double Exposure Blackjack, live casino and fishing games — are operated according to specific rules. The rules for each game are provided within the game interface.

7.2 Bet Cancellation Policy

Bets may be cancelled due to technical errors, server outages or other unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the amount of the placed bet will be returned to the relevant account. Any winnings obtained by exploiting proven manipulation or software vulnerabilities will be considered void.

7.3 Cricket and Sports Betting
